Shearwater Swift GPS Transmitter
The Shearwater Swift GPS Transmitter is the newest upgrade for divers who want precise surface GPS logging, reliable air integration, and seamless compatibility with every current Shearwater air-integrated dive computer. Instead of releasing GPS on a single new model, Shearwater has made this powerful feature available to the entire community—so you can enhance your existing Shearwater computer with pinpoint dive-site tracking.
Using multi-constellation GNSS (GPS, Galileo, BeiDou), the Swift GPS automatically captures your entry and exit coordinates at the surface and pairs with the redesigned Dive Shearwater app to display interactive dive-site maps, location names, and a world-view of your full dive history.
Alongside its new GPS features, the Swift GPS retains everything divers love about the classic Swift: real-time pressure monitoring, a sophisticated collision-avoidance system, fast and stable transmission, and a rugged 200 m depth rating—all powered by a user-replaceable CR2 lithium battery.

When the dive log is transferred to Dive Shearwater App, the log will display:
- Your dive location on a map
- A location name (if available)
- Entry and exit coordinates

- If a user has multiple transmitters, only 1 needs to be GPS.

How is the Swift GPS different from the Swift?
The Swift GPS provides the same air integration into your dive computer as the original Swift, with the added benefit of capturing your dive coordinates upon entry and exit. The GPS function does drain the battery quicker so there is also a difference in battery life between the two models.
Which dive computers are compatible with the Swift GPS?
All current Shearwater air integrated dive computers are compatible with Swift GPS. This includes the Perdix AI, Perdix 2, Petrel 3, NERD 2, Teric, Tern TX, and Peregrine TX.
Does the Swift GPS work underwater?
No—GPS signals do not transmit underwater. The transmitter captures surface coordinates just before and just after the dive.
Can I use Swift GPS with Shearwater Cloud?
No, the Swift GPS has been built to use exclusively with the new Dive Shearwater app. Your dive computer will also need to have the latest firmware downloaded.

We offer the option for customers to choose ‘Pickup in store’ as a shipment method, allowing your order to be picked up from our Chiswick store at a time and date that works for you (within our business hours). The process is really easy, but we'll run through it here:
Step 1 - Add products to your cart:
Browse our vast selection of diving and snorkelling equipment, adding the kit you want to your cart.
Step 2 - Head to your cart:
Click on the cart icon to see a summary of the items you are about to purchase.
Step 3 – Review Your Order and Proceed to Checkout:
Once you're satisfied with the items in your cart, you can add a note to your order under the "Order Summary" section if desired. When you're ready to proceed, simply click "Checkout" to complete your order.
Step 4 - Customer Information:
If you have a Mike's Dive Store account, simply log in to autofill your details. If not, enter your email address, select ‘Pickup in Store,’ and then click ‘Continue to Payment’ to proceed.
Step 5 – Payment & Billing Details:
Select your preferred payment method and enter your payment information. Below, provide your billing details. If you're logged into your account, please double-check that your billing and contact information are up to date.
Step 6 – Review Order:
After entering your payment details, click ‘Review Order’ to proceed with placing your order. You will receive an email confirmation with your unique order number. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection, usually within 4 hours or sooner during our opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM). Please note that our hours may vary during the Christmas and New Year periods.
