Rare and exciting opportunity to join our team in London's largest dive store. As our Store continues to grow, so does our need to grow our team to support it. Therefore we are seeking the next customer service guru who loves people, lives and breathes sales & has experience in a customer service support role. Some diving experience (working in or simply enjoying as a sport) is necessary.
We run a busy diving shop in Chiswick and the right candidate will need to be very hands on and customer facing when in the shop - selling our dive gear, offering dive advice, converting sales as well as also being customer support focused when responding to incoming phone calls and emails.
Attention to detail, superior level of customer service & being a team player are essential qualities. You must be computer literate, be able to work in a fast paced environment & have the right to work in the UK. Great rates of pay and prospects for correct candidate.
Must be available to work Saturdays.

Our website is an important sales channel for us and we are looking for a bright, motivated individual to join us as our eCommerce Manager in Chiswick, West London. Reporting to the CEO, you will be involved with all aspects of the website and responsible for the on site content, website development, ensuring strong conversion on site as well as growing traffic through online marketing – PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates and google shopping.
As a member of the eCommerce team, plan, implement and manage website developments and functional improvements to improve conversion rate. Work with our agency to plan and review performance of PPC Campaigns, SEO Campaigns and Paid Social Campaigns and manage our google shopping feed. Support day-to-day trading of our 3 different channels: launching products, site merchandising, sales launches and promotions, managing daily and weekly eCommerce reporting.
Essential Skills & Experience
Great opportunity for the right candidate - scuba diving experience advantageous but not essential as we have that area covered. Just a good sense of humour, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment and want to deliver the best possible service to our clients.
