If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Mike's Dive Store has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Mike's Dive Store recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer. Refunds of any returned order will be of items, not the services incurred.
If you are visiting our London store to purchase equipment due to its proximity to Heathrow Airport please remember that we can offer to ship your goods to you rather than try and handle large or heavy equipment through the airport and on the plane. Please just ask a member of staff if you would like to take advantage of this.

Where To Collect?
We offer free tracked UK standard delivery on orders over £50.
Standard UK delivery and Next Business Day UK delivery rates are calculated at checkout and offers a number of courier options for maximum convenience to you.
Please note - If you place an order on a Friday, next day would be Monday as it applies to Next Business Day. Saturday Deliveries can be arranged but please call our customer support team if it is urgent. Next Day Delivery is for stock items listed as in stock only and needs to be placed before 2pm on the day. We do not dispatch or deliver items on Bank Holidays.
Please note your delivery may be affected by strikes and industrial actions.

We can also arrange same day delivery within certain London Postcodes - again, please call our customer support team to find out whether this service is available to you.
We use DPD for a lot of our orders because they offer our customers fantastic service including status updates and a scheduled hour slot for delivery which makes it so much easier to make sure you are around to take delivery.
The Your DPD app is available for both Android and Apple devices and goes even further to help ensure your parcel is delivered around a time to suit you by providing a number of default delivery options as well as more information like live parcel tracking.

We are happy to ship to a BFPO address. If you would like to use this service just simply add your BFPO address at checkout along with the fact you are BFPO in the customer comments box, and we will remove the VAT before charging you (Your card or PayPal is only authorised at checkout, we only take the funds at point of dispatch).
Please note: We will require a letter authorising the purchase on BFPO terms by your commanding Officer. This is required of us by Law in terms of HMRC conditions.

For our Middle Eastern customers we accept orders for delivery to Aramex House in the UK. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that orders comply with Aramex's address information requirements please make sure that you have provided us with all the necessary information needed to ensure your order is forwarded to you without delay once it has been delivered to Aramex.
At Mike's Dive Store we regularly send orders across to the world. We have flat rates based on the value of your order up to £1500 after which we will individually quote shipping costs to ensure they are as competitive and accurate as possible.

We offer the option for customers to choose 'collection' as a shipment method, allowing your order to be picked up from our Chiswick store at a time and date that works for you (within our business hours).
When you have finished shopping and have added all the items you want to your shopping cart, click on the cart icon to see a summary of the items. Here you will be able to add any notes to your order before choosing whether you would like the order to be shipped or collected from our store.
VAT is charged on all orders going to the UK unless a valid VAT number is provided. If you have a valid UK VAT number please place your order as normal and include the number in your order notes. Once the VAT number has been validated the VAT amount will be manually refunded to you.
Orders that are to be delivered to countries outside the UK are not charged VAT but please be aware that the delivery country may impose import duties or local sales taxes.
Please note: On receiving your product you will be required to sign for the delivery, for this reason please ensure you specify the delivery address, which is most convenient for you. If you miss the delivery you will receive a card, which will enable you to collect your item from your local post office.
Cylinders are delivered next day to UK MAINLAND ONLY destinations by UK mail and a charge of £5.99 per cylinder will be added to your invoice. This is in addition to any other item which you may be ordering at the same time, as cylinders are transported in their own box.
Guarantees: All the products we sell come with the manufacturers guarantee and warranty. In the unlikely event of a fault please return the item to our Chiswick HQ with a cover note and order number, and we will handle the problem for you.
Refunds/Credits: All the items purchased come with our 30 day no quibble guarantee (provided the item is not used, damaged and still in all the original packaging). Outside the 30 days we will offer you an exchange or a credit note, (provided the item is not used, damaged and still in all the original packaging).
If the item was a special order item then a 30% re-stocking charge will be applied to your order if returned.
Please note - wetsuits and any neoprene items need to be packed in their original packaging and without being compressed as neoprene can crease and if this happens the item will be un-sellable, so we would be unable to refund the costs associated.
UK's laws apply to this agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.
