Our in house servicing team are ready and waiting to help with all our dive equipment servicing needs. Equipment can be dropped off to our London store or our warehouse in Basingstoke, we can arrange for a courier collection, or you can send it to us using your preferred delivery method. Can't pick it up? No problem, we can also courier it back to you too. If you have a question, just give us a call or send us a message.
We service all major brands of regulators, BCDs, cylinders and dive computers with all work carried out in accordance with the BSI standards and offered with a 3-month guarantee on work and parts replaced. An average turn around on servicing diving regulators is 7-10 days depending on availability of parts for the servicing. An express regulator service option is also available if time is tight before a trip, please call us for details on the express service option. We can even arrange a regulator loan if you can't be out of the water for a week for no extra cost.
We take equipment servicing very seriously but given the recent events, we also use Chemgene, which is a high level, medical-grade disinfectant to ensure your equipment is cleaned to protect against bacteria and viruses. Chemgene HLD4D has been developed explicitly for diving equipment and destroys a wide variety of bacteria, viruses and fungi including Legionella, Weil's disease, Hepatitis, Herpes, Influenza, TB and HIV.
Replacement of batteries for dive computers are carried out in-store with the option of the same day service.
As well as all the servicing and battery changes Mikes Dive Store also offers air and Nitrox fills up to 300bar with parking right out the front of the store.
