To carry out a battery replacement for the Suunto D6i you need special tools and equipment to ensure the sensitive electronics inside the computer are not damaged and the seal integrity is properly reinstated before pressure testing. Our technicians are fully trained and experienced to carry these out in our store.
Left your battery change to the last minute? Don't panic, we offer both drop in and post in battery servicing so no problem if you are leaving within the next few days or we also a two-hour express service if you need it desperately. If you are posting your computer in to us just include a return delivery address where someone will be able to sign for it on it's return.
When was the last time you checked the condition of your watch strap? The simple strap is all that holds the expensive dive computer on your wrist it is really important that the strap is in good condition. Get us to fit a new silicone straps set whilst we're striping it down to change the battery and pressure test the unit. Why not get us to fit a new display shield at the same time too. Just add them to your order.
We are one of the few fully authorised Suunto Level 1 service centres in the UK capable of carrying out all Suunto battery changes and servicing in store. Not only do our technicians need to meet Suunto's stringent test standards, but our servicing department also has to meet certain environmental and equipment requirements including dust free and Electro Static Discharge (ESD) protected workstations, controlled humidity levels as well as the use of approved tools and genuine service kits. We also pressure test all battery replacements and repair work to four atmospheres to ensure all seals are watertight before returning the computer to the customer. Please note that due to the deterioration of batteries and o-rings we can only use our own stocks of genuine kits to ensure you get the maximum life out of your battery and optimal seal integrity. Our kits are carefully monitored and rotated to ensure our stock is always fresh.
There are various options with regard to getting your dive equipment to and from us. We can accept drop-offs or deliveries to the store, but we can also arrange the collection of your equipment. Similarly, for return of equipment it can be picked up once completed, or we can arrange for the equipment to be delivered to you.
Please note that servicing products are excluded from the free UK delivery offer as we use a suitably insured next business day courier service to ensure your equipment is protected against damage or loss.
We offer free tracked UK standard delivery on orders over £50.

Mike's Dive Store offer an extended returns policy of 30 days - so you can be rest assured if the suit, piece of diving equipment or gift doesn't suit then just send it back, and we will either exchange it or offer a full refund less any postage costs. Too easy!
Please note that there are some special order items on our website that will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, but we will let you know about these items before we 'special order' them so that you are aware of this. If this is the case we can always help with correct sizing so that we minimise the risk of return.
