EU Right of Withdrawal Policy
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement, such as an email or letter.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods, or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Returning Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For diving equipment, this means products may be inspected as they would be in a retail store but must not be used in water or otherwise put into service.
