There is a significant number of divers who prefer to wear a single lens mask. Type of mask divers wear is a matter of personal choice, fit and comfort, but one can argue that wearing a single lens mask significantly improves a field of view. There is nothing better underwater than a superior, crystal clear panoramic view on the reef or the big blue. Another advantage of a single lens dive mask is that it is easier to maintain and clean. If you are a technical diver, you may consider having a back-up single-lens low-volume mask. The technical diving single-lens low-volume mask is super simple to clear underwater and can be tucked away in a back-up or BCD pocket and takes very little space.
