Hinge/Pivot Blade fins are the latest advancement in the long evolution of a scuba diving fin. When the first hinge/pivot fin was released, it took the world by storm and grabbed all the awards. It is argued it is an ultimate combination marriage of a paddle blade fin and a split fin.
