The New Garmin Mk3 Series dive computer offers a range of dive modes, including single and multiple gas dives (nitrox and trimix), gauge, apnea, apnea hunt, and closed-circuit rebreather. Additionally, the device features a dive readiness tool that takes into account lifestyle factors such as sleep, exercise, stress, and jet lag to help determine the optimal time for diving.
DiveView maps provide detailed bathymetric depth contours and over 4,000 dive sites to help users discover new locations and get oriented. The device also allows for customizable dive modes, with the ability to add additional screens for each mode to display preferred fields.
With the dive log feature, data is automatically synced with the Garmin Dive app on a compatible smartphone, allowing users to share and review data, track gear, post photos, take notes, and more. The dive computer itself is designed with diving in mind, featuring a bright 1.2" AMOLED color display, sapphire lens, a 200-meter dive-rated case, and leakproof metal inductive buttons that make it a reliable and durable tool for deep-sea diving.
