1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Mike’s Dive Store (“the Promoter”). Registered address: 113 Power Road, Chiswick, London, W4 5PY. Contact: support@mikesdivestore.com

2. Eligibility
2.1 Open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its agents, affiliates, and immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible.

3. How to enter
3.1 No purchase necessary.
3.2 Enter by submitting your email address via the official entry form on the Promoter’s website during the Promotion Period (see clause 4).
3.3 One entry per person/email address. Multiple entries, automated entries, bulk entries, or entries made through agents/third parties will be disqualified.
3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these terms.

4. Promotion Period
4.1 Opens: 09/03/2026 at 00:00 (UK time).
4.2 Closes: 31/08/2026 at 23:59 (UK time) (“Closing Date”).
4.3 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.

5. Prizes
5.1 There will be three (3) winners:

• 1st prize: £2,000 voucher to spend with Mike’s Dive Store

• 2nd prize: £500 voucher

• 3rd prize: £250 voucher
  5.2 Vouchers may be used for any products or services available from Mike’s Dive Store at the time of redemption.
  5.3 No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  5.4 If any item or service is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection
6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.

7. Winner notification & claiming
7.1 Winners will be contacted using the email address supplied at entry within 7 days of the draw.
7.2 Winners must respond within 7 days of the Promoter’s first contact to claim the prize.
7.3 If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.

8. Publicity
8.1 The Promoter may publish the winner’s first name and county after the draw (or provide it on request) to demonstrate the promotion has been administered fairly. Winners may request anonymity.

9. Data protection
9.1 The Promoter will process entrants’ personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy: https://www.mikesdivestore.com/pages/policies
9.2 Entry administration is necessary to run the promotion. Marketing communications will be sent only if you opt in.

10. General
10.1 The Promoter’s decision is final.
10.2 The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical issues.
10.3 The Promoter may amend or withdraw the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, while aiming to minimise disappointment.
10.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
