Who should consider a prescription dive mask?
Who should consider a prescription dive mask?
If you wear glasses and find it hard to see clearly underwater, a prescription dive mask is an excellent solution. It eliminates the need for contact lenses and enhances your underwater vision for a safer, more enjoyable diving or snorkeling experience.
How do I read my dive mask prescription?
How do I read my dive mask prescription?
Prescription lenses have three key measurements: Sphere (SPH), Cylinder (CYL), and Axis. Sphere indicates near-sightedness or farsightedness. Cylinder and Axis correct astigmatism. You might also see an ADD value for additional near-vision correction, such as reading your dive computer. If you have mild astigmatism (0.75 to 2.00), premade lenses typically work well.
