How to View Your Loyalty Points

If you've been collecting Loyalty points but can't see them, simply create a Mike's Dive Store account. Your points will appear once you're logged in, as long as you use the same email address and details from your previous orders.

Please note: Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.

Plankton Loyalty Points – Terms and Conditions

Plankton Points are part of the Mike’s Dive Store loyalty programme and are available exclusively to customers who have signed up for Plankton Points and have a registered account. You must be logged into your Mike’s Dive Store account to earn or redeem Plankton Points.

Loyalty points are awarded on qualifying purchases only. Points are not earned on servicing, warranties, or any non-qualifying products or services. If an order is returned or refunded, any associated points will be deducted from your account.

Points can be redeemed towards future purchases, up to a maximum of £15 per transaction. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. After this period, unused points will expire. Points refunded upon return are subject to review and may be withheld in cases of suspected abuse, promotional exceptions, or manual adjustments.

Mike’s Dive Store reserves the right to update or discontinue the Plankton Points programme at any time.
