Unfortunately Ocean Reef have informed us that the Dual Tank Valve is being recalled.
The HSE has blocked sales of the item in the UK. The Dual Tank Valve has been tested by HSE and results indicated that it restricted the flow of gas to the mask and diver. Additionally, it is the view of the Government in Great Britain that the Dual Tank Valve meets the definition of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). As such, it requires a CE or UKCA mark and Declaration of Conformity in order to be sold in Great Britain.
All other Ocean Reef Products are unaffected by the recall.
We are issuing refunds to anyone who has bought one from us and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
