At Mike’s Dive Store, your safety is our absolute priority. We are sharing the following important notice regarding the Hollis 200LX Second Stage Regulator.
Stop Use / Stop Sale Notice Issued
Huish Outdoors has issued a Stop Use / Stop Sale Notice for certain Hollis 200LX Second Stage Regulators due to reports that internal components may potentially separate or fracture.
While no incidents have been reported during an active dive, damage to the inlet tube assembly could render the second stage non-functional — presenting a serious safety risk.

Purchase Window
Units purchased between 2 May 2017 – 12 February 2026
If your regulator falls within this range, please follow the instructions below.
What You Must Do
- Do NOT dive with the affected regulator
- Remove it from service immediately
- Do NOT attempt to repair or modify the product yourself
What Happens Next?
Huish Outdoors is currently finalising replacement parts and a standardised retrofit procedure.
A follow-up notice will be issued outlining:
- The official repair process
- How to arrange the retrofit
- Expected timelines
