Video Service Logs
As part of every service, repair and battery change that we carry out we also record a video service log at various stages during the work to provide visual record for both us and our customers that the work has followed all procedures and checks stipulated by the equipment manufacturer.
When you book your equipment in for servicing or repair, please let us know if you would like a copy of the video service log once completed and we will make these available to you. Here are some examples of equipment at various steps of a full service:
