The Ratio iDive Sport Tech+Dive Computer offers all of the features included in the standard iDive Tech+ but with a lightweight composite housing that comes in a range of colours and also offers a significant saving compared to the stainless steel model.
The Ratio iDive Sport Tech+ is the top level model for open circuit diving as well as rebreathers and features support for up to ten gas mixes and three diluents from a compact stainless steel watch style dive computer. It has a full dot-matrix display, rechargeable battery, a choice between two algorithms with either user settable Gradient Factor or Critical Bubble Radius settings and support for some pretty interested extra features.
The computer features a double core algorithm that runs your choice or either Buhlmann ZHL-16 B or VPM-B in real time for truely complete calculations and very safe decompression profiles. The diver is able to customise each algorithm using Gradient Factors (Buhlmann) or Critical Bubble Radius (VPM).
The iDive computers use a rechargeable Li-ion battery which can be recharged from any USB source, whether it is via a mains adapter at home, a car adapter on the way to the dive, a computer port or a battery pack between dives. The battery provides up to 25 hours of diving use but extends its life in watch mode and will enter a sleep mode when no movement has been detected for five minutes.
The iDive Sport Tech+ supports up to 10 of the Ratio Wireless Transmitters which allow cylinder pressure information to be displayed on the screen and used with various calculations.
The iDive Sport Tech+ is supplied with a interface cable that allows it to be connected to a PC or Mac for data transfer to the DiveLogger software. It also allows firmware updates to be installed on the dive computer by the user.
The iDive is available in various models with more or less technical features to suit different types of diving. You can compare the different models on our Comparison page.
