Returns & Warranty

With the current global Coronavirus crisis causing constant interruptions to normal service we understand that it there is more to consider when ordering online

To reassure our customers that still want to shop with us we have extended our returns period for orders placed after March 19th 2020 to 6 months to cover any times that you are unable to return items to us due to courier closures.

We have taken the decision to also extend product warranties for all orders placed after 19th March 2020 to start from the first time you use your new equipment (up to a maximum of 6 months) rather from the date of purchase.
