It is with great sadness that we announce 'The Boss' Mike Calder has passed away - whilst words alone wouldn't do justice to a man of his stature - we all thought this little video sums up his inimitable style of sharing his most personal moments with anyone who came into the shop, be it a close personal friend or even just some Italians dropping by for snorkel gear ... click here to view

Many people have appreciated the practical advice offered by Mike and his colleagues when looking for diving or snorkelling gear, and the swift support when they need service and help. This comes only from experience and a continuing dedication to diving.

Mike Calder, generally known as "the big guy with the beard", started diving in 1967 and had been a permanent feature of the dive equipment retailing business in the London area for the past 16 years.
