Delivery within the UK:

£0 - £30 - £6.50 Next Day - Please note - This service is for stock items only. While we carry over 6000 stock items, sometimes we do run out. If you need the item urgently then please phone our freephone number - 0800 0180151 to check that we have it in stock first. If it is in stock then it will be sent by Parcelforce 24hr which is guaranteed before 5pm
£30+ to a maximum of 20KG - £6.50 - On this option we usually try and get your items out to you ASAP so if the item is in stock then it will be 24hr delivery if not then delivery should be within 1-2 days of the order, however if the order is not currently in stock we will e-mail or call you with an estimated delivery date and the option to change or cancel your order. We only debit your card on despatch of the goods.
Delivery out side the UK: For all deliveries outside the UK we will individually price the postal charge and e-mail you with the exact price. You will have the option to continue or to cancel the order.
Back orders: If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. We will always e-mail or call you with the estimated arrival date and the option to change or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Please note: On receiving your product you will be required to sign for the delivery, for this reason please ensure you specify the delivery address, which is most convenient for you. If you miss the delivery you will receive a card, which will enable you to collect your item from your local post office.
Cylinders are delivered next day to UK MAINLAND ONLY destinations by Parcelforce and a charge of £6.50 per cylinder will be added to your invoice. This is in addition to any other item which you may be ordering at the same time, as cylinders are transported in their own original box.
Christmas Ordering Please check on the availability of any product before ordering as it may not be available for delivery before christmas.
Guarantees: All the products we sell come with the manufacturers guarantee and Warranty. In the unlikely event of a fault please return the item to our Centre and we will handle the problem for you.
Refunds/Credits: All of the items purchased come with our 7-day no quibble guarantee (provided the item is not used, damaged and still in all of the original packaging). Outside of 7 days we will offer you an exchange or a credit note, (provided the item is not used, damaged and still in all of the original packaging).
UK laws apply to this agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.
