Tusa TUL 300 Dive Torch

'
FLOODS YOUR ENVIRONMENT WITH BRIGHT WHITE LIGHT
'
Strengths:
Incredibly bright. Until you turn it on it is hard to envisage quite how bright this tiny torch is going to be. It puts some considerably more expensive torches to shame and with a beautifully even and huge (42o) beam it is perfect for use on night dives to illuminate a reef or wreck. The sliding magnetic switch is a joy to use, it is so easy to use with thick gloves and there is absolutely no chance of flooding the torch when turning it on or off.
Weaknesses:
The magnetic switch makes it too easy to accidentally switch the torch on without noticing, and at seven pounds each for the batteries, this can be very expensive, not too mention dangerous. The beam pattern is far too wide to be able to signal with.
Overall:
An incredably bright torch with a huge spot. If you aren't going to shove it in a pocket with lots of other stuff "just incase" and you don't need to use it for signalling then this torch has no drawbacks to speak of. For night dives or any of the many situations that call for flooding your environment with light this torch is perfect.

Mr Paul Bowen. p.s. I took delivery from yourselves yesterday of a Pinnacle Arctic ME 7 wet suit. Having trawled the internet for what seemed like an eternity, and after being let down by so many others, you are the only people who could genuinely supply and deliver the goods. The suit arrived in perfect condition and on time. Thank you, the service was excellent. !
Thanks for all your trouble!!! Next stop Thailand!! I am sure I will be in contact with you guys again…. Your gear is a lot better priced than in South Africa – even at R16.00 to the pound!! Regards, Steve Wilson !
