CDX5 First Stage
The new CDX5 Balanced Diaphragm First Stage boasts the same high performance found in all Oceanic regulators. It is the perfect regulator for extreme diving conditions, such as ice diving or diving in high sediment. With its rubberized exterior end cap, the CDX5 is protected from possible damage during and between dives. The balanced diaphragm first stage design has been the regulator of choice for many divers who find themselves pushing the envelope. The advanced design of the CDX5 Balanced Diaphragm First Stage isolates the critical seats and o-rings from the harsh environment. This helps prevent internal corrosion and contaminant buildup, leading to more consistent performance between service intervals.
GT Second Stage
The lightest second stage in the Oceanic lineup, the new GT shares many common parts and meticulous design of the Delta 3, without the bells and whistles, or switches and knobs in this case. The GT’s housing is made from an ABS/Polycarbonate composite blend of materials making the GT both extremely rugged and lightweight, reducing jaw fatigue on extended dives. The extremely lightweight cover ring is machined from a solid piece of aircraft aluminum, and then hard anodized, utilizing a unique process to prevent corrosion.
COMPUTER OPTIMIZED DEFLECTOR VANE - Oceanic regulators are exclusively designed using the latest 3-D computer modeling techniques. This allows us the ability to model and test performance while still in the early stages of development. The deflector vane found in the GT diverts airflow from the valve directly to the mouthpiece, producing smooth venturi-assisted inhalation.
LIGHTWEIGHT - Weighing in at only 5.6 ounces, the GT is Oceanic's lightest downstream deamnd valve second stage. The GT is made from an ABS/Polycarbonate composite blend of materials, making it both extremely rugged and lightweight.

To further reduce jaw fatigue, Oceanic regulators feature a patented Orthodontic Mouthpiece, designed to accommodate the natural overbite of the human jaw.
INTEGRATED PURGE BUTTON - Adding to the GT's rugged durability, an integrated purge button is utilized to eliminate the possibility of free flow caused by trapped sand and sediment.
NITROX COMPATIBILITY - The GT is Nitrox compatible to 40% out of the box.
