Seems like everyone is using superstretch neoprene these days for dive wetsuits. So the bar has been raised and now the new thing is 'fluid seam weld' - this is where the wetsuit seem has been covered by a type of rubbery glue to stop water ingress through the stitching of the panels. Initially it was a pretty untidy feature but both Oceanic and O'neill seem to have it cracked.
The Pioneer 3/2mm superstretch jumpsuit is ideal for diving in warmer waters. Its fully contoured design is flattering to every figure.
All outer seams sewn in locking blindstitch preventing unravelling
Internal seams sewn in shallow blindstitch for comfort
Anti abrasion wear resistant seat panels
All other panels are superstretch for comfort and flexibilty and for ease of donning
Low plush internal linings for increased thermal protections and extreme comfort
All seams double glued and butt joined for security and warmth
"O" Ring seals on wrist and ankles for warmth and comfort
Internal SCS sealing skirts on forearms and calves to eliminate water flushing and optimise warmth
New "Zip Ezzy" strap with finger grab at base of zipper for easy self donning
Contoured crotch and underarm gussets
Soft adjustable collar with roll over seal
High grip knee; elbow and shoulder prints
Internal stress discs fitted to all seams joins and seam ends
